You did a good job, but I think the 2nd half is carried completely carried by the music which is not your own work.

The basic animation on the post black hole entry psychedelics just didn't do it for me. Maybe a different subject could have been used for that scene with more stop motion? Combining the doll and 2d animation was very well executed though.

First half and outro are fantastically done. Great combination of stop motion and 2d. Nice animation overall, keep it up.

Yeah the psychedelic sequence was done by one of my groupmates, I would've loved to make something more experimental but that's about all they had time for. Thanks for the critique!

[Lightforce]

Pretty sweet Blender animation! Loved the warpspeed background VFX. As I was not familiar with Lightforce I took a looksies at the original C64 track, and I gotta say this remix is a banger reimagination.

Don't have much to say about the cute lil narrative of the pilot heading out and overloading their engine to save their buddy. It gives you some additional details to look at when rewatching, which is nice!

The interior shots look great, especially with the reflective engine next to it. Lighting is overall superb! Hoping we'll see more 3D in the future from you :)

Finding it kind of hard to critique anything here without being unreasonable! The foggy asteroids were a bit bland compared to the rest, but that served just fine for letting my eyes rest while listening to the track. It allowed me to zone out a bit while appreciating the ship spinnies.

Really liked this. It's nice to see a different form of animation on Newgrounds sometimes. Why did you make the b&w shots so choppy though? Gives a very strange effect combined with sound.

This was simply amazing. A lot of unexpected things happening always makes for a fun and interesting animation. Really smooth too. The end faces were so awesome we need a wallpaper of that :P
